Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

Requirements for Returns
Returned items must:
- be unworn and unused,
- be free of stains, perfume odors, or other signs of use,
- include all original tags,
- be in their original packaging,
- be in resalable condition.
Fulmarix reserves the right to reduce or deny a refund if the merchandise has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law or unless we have delivered an incorrect or defective item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Fulmarix does not provide return shipping labels.

Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will typically be issued within ten (10) business days via the original payment method.
Shipping Costs for Partial Returns
If an order was originally eligible for free shipping based on its order value and the final merchandise value after a return falls below the applicable free-shipping threshold, Fulmarix reserves the right to deduct the originally waived shipping costs from the refund, provided this was disclosed prior to the conclusion of the contract and is permitted under applicable law.
Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items
This return policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

Discounted Items
Discounted items are generally also subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific promotion.
Returns After the Withdrawal Period Has Expired
Once the statutory withdrawal period has expired, there is no right to return an item.
However, in exceptional cases, Fulmarix may voluntarily offer a goodwill solution at its sole discretion.
Such a goodwill arrangement is made:
- voluntarily,
- exclusively on a case-by-case basis,
- without acknowledging any legal obligation,
- and does not establish a right for future orders.
Gift Cards or Store Credit
If Fulmarix voluntarily grants a gift card or store credit in lieu of a cash refund, the following conditions apply:
- Gift cards are issued solely at Fulmarix’s discretion.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- A cash payout or refund to the original payment method is excluded.
- Vouchers are valid only within their specified validity period.
- The issuance of a voucher does not constitute a legal claim.
Abusive Returns
Fulmarix reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse voluntary goodwill gestures in the event of repeated or abusive return behavior.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items remain subject to the statutory right of withdrawal unless expressly stated otherwise as part of a specific promotion.
Returns after the Withdrawal Period
Once the statutory withdrawal period has expired, customers no longer have a legal right to return goods.
However, Fulmarix may, entirely at its sole discretion, offer an individual goodwill solution (goodwill).
Any goodwill arrangement:
- is entirely voluntary;
- applies only to the individual case;
- is made without acknowledging any legal obligation;
- does not establish any entitlement for future purchases.
Store Credit / Gift Voucher
Where Fulmarix voluntarily provides store credit or a gift voucher instead of a monetary refund:
- issuance is entirely at Fulmarix’s discretion;
- store credit cannot be exchanged for cash;
- it cannot be refunded to the original payment method;
- it may only be used within its stated validity period;
- it does not create any legal entitlement.
Abuse Prevention
Where legally permitted, Fulmarix reserves the right to refuse future goodwill arrangements in cases of repeated or abusive return behavior.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
