Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@fulmarix.at. We do not provide a return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the returned products lower the total order value below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to charge or deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we usually issue a refund within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact us at office@fulmarix.at.

Discounted Items

Returns of discounted items are subject to the terms of the specific promotion. However, your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
